Refund policy

We hope you love everything you purchase from WHIMJOY! However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review our policy carefully before submitting your return.

HOW TO START A RETURN:

  1. Email hello@shopwhimjoy.com
  2. Include your order number and zip code.
  3. Print your return label and packing slip.
  4. Ship your item(s) back to us.

Please note: $5 in return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount, unless otherwise stated.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns received after 14 days are not eligible.

  • Returns over 30 days old will not be accepted.

  • If your item(s) arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN)

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Items discounted 20% or more and marked as “sale” (orders that include a discount code of 20% are still eligible for return). 

  • Custom and made to order items.
